Mt Crested Butte

The Buttes Condominium project was a complete remodel of all exterior finishes using hardiplank prefinshed siding, trim boards, and all new windows.


The 22 unit building is located at the base of Mount Crested Butte ski area.


The aggressive schedule was completed in 7 months.

They were easy to be around and work with, and were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had during the building process. Regular meetings with construction and budget updates and open lines of communication allowed us to stick closely to our initial budget and the project timeline. It features a “live roof” and many cutting edge technologies not used in everyday building practices.

This gorgeous custom home is being built in the buckhorn community, just south of Crested Butte. It has endless views and is going to be an incredible home for its new owners!
