William Laird has been living in the Gunnison Valley since 1997 working as a builder and property manager. William is able to oversee the construction or remodel of a home from beginning to end. Throughout the years, he has gained valuable experience in all aspects of the building process from the design and engineering process to pouring foundations, finish work and all trades in between. He has worked with and built a great rapport with various architects, engineers and various subcontractors in the valley and considers them as invaluable members to procuring a top notch, high quality product for his clients.

William views his clients as team members and is considerate of their opinions, budgets and thoughts throughout each individual project. He is willing to work hard for every client regardless of budget, size of home, preferred construction method and overall style. He employs a strong team of individuals who work hard and can assist with initial budget planning, paperwork, construction draws, finish schedules, and various aspects of any and all projects.

Due to Williams’s understanding of homes and his skill set, he also has the ability to manage properties. His team will work together with his clients to ensure any and all needs of the clients are met including be lawn maintenance, snow removal, hot tub maintenance, cleaning or shuttle services.

William and his wife have raised their two children in Crested Butte for the past 13 years. They are all passionate about the outdoors and enjoy all the things this valley has to offer from the trails in the summer to skiing in the winter. William and his wife are excited to continue raising their kids in this incredible town and valley.
